He was confident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So he took it to meet an investor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The investor spent five minutes flipping through the document, closed it, looked up, and asked one question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat is missing from this business plan?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

He froze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will customers remain loyal?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is its advantage temporary or structural?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These questions concern what has not yet fully materialized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So the next time you face an important decision, pause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
